✦ Please refrain from sending direct messages about any commission through Discord, etc.
✦ Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response.

GENERAL

✦ You acknowledge the art style presented in my work samples and portfolio.
✦ I reserve the rights to decline any commission at my discretion.
✦ Commission requests that do not include complete references will be declined.
✦ You are not permitted to use any of my artwork for AI training, regardless of whether the artwork was purchased from me or not.
✦ For any commissioned artwork from me, I reserve the right to retain the copyrights and to include and publish the work in my portfolio, online, and in other media.
✦ For any commissioned artwork, the client may not claim the work as their own, modify the work in any way, use it for AI training, or utilize it for commercial purposes without the payment of appropriate fees.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

✦ All commissions must be paid in full upfront prior to the start of any work.
✦ The commission prices listed do not include commercial fees. These prices are applicable exclusively for non-commercial and personal use.
✦ All payments must be made through PayPal and in USD. Please be aware that payments via PayPal may include conversion fees.
✦ Complex and intricate designs require an additional fee.
✦ Completed commissions are not eligible for refunds. However, depending on the stage of the art process, a percentage of the refund may be negotiated.

TIMELINE

✦ All orders are on a first come, first serve basis. You will be placed on a queue upon acceptance. The waiting period is separate from the processing time.
✦ When your queue is up, a payment quote will be sent. Work will only begin after the payment is received.
✦ The processing time is between 2 weeks to 1 month, unless specified otherwise. The duration could extend longer depending on the scale of the project.

REVISIONS

✦ Last-minute changes to the reference will not be accommodated during the commission process.
✦ Each stage of the art process includes from one (1) to two (2) complimentary revisions. Unused revisions do not carry over to subsequent stages.
✦ Process Stages:
   1.) Sketch (2 revisions)
   2.) Base Color (1 MINOR revisions)
   3.) Rough Shading (1 MINOR revisions)
✦ You will receive work-in-progress photos at each process stage for your approval before moving on to the next stage
✦ Major revisions that considerably change a portion of the artwork during or after "Rough Shading" stage will not be accepted. The only exception is if an element indicated in the reference was unintentionally excluded.
✦ Revisions are not included in Skeb style commissions.

FILES & DELIVERY

✦ A high res .png will be sent upon completion. Raw .csp or .psd file(s) will NOT be provided.
✦ A link to a Google Drive folder will be provided, which will remain accessible for six months. Please make sure to save the files to your personal storage within that timeframe.
